Pole-Climbing Robot

For my course, Practicum in Robotic Systems Design, me and a group of 4 other students designed this robot to complete the goal of the class, climbing a light pole on campus. I have attached the video we submitted at the end of the class which explains a lot of our design and how it works.

This was truly an incredible experience, as it allowed us to use our knowledge and resources from the robotics club, but we also has the budget and guidance provided to us from a WashU course. I worked on quite a few things on this project- most notably, the original cad design, the control system, and a good amount of the assembly.
